Platform terms
Updated · Version 2026-10-10
Terms for using PEPEL CORE, Steam accounts, earned credits and optional memberships.
Operator and contact
PEPEL is operated by Aleksandr Meshcheriakov, currently operating from Brazil as an individual. Website: https://pepel.gg. Gameplay, legal, privacy and appeal correspondence: [email protected].
PEPEL is an independent Rust community server, without endorsement from Facepunch or Valve. Playing requires your own licensed Rust client and Steam account. A membership does not include the game.
Accounts and eligibility
Meet the age and account requirements of Rust, Steam and the laws applicable to you. Where required, a parent or guardian must authorize use or a purchase. Do not use another person’s Steam account or payment credentials.
When Tebex Checkout is available, its buyer terms require purchasers to be at least 16. Any additional local requirements for a minor’s purchase still apply.
Steam verifies sign-in. PEPEL never asks for Steam passwords, private keys, wallet seed phrases, full card numbers or identity-document uploads. Check the linked profile before requesting benefits.
CORE and earned credits
CORE permits teams of up to three. Building-resource gathering is 2x; sulfur and scrap are 1.5x. Ordinary research, workbenches, PvP, raiding and item loss apply. Follow the published Server rules.
Credits are earned through eligible objectives, specific to the server and wipe, and are not money. They are not sold for cash, transferable between wallets or redeemable for money. Points and spendable credits are separate.
Kits and shop deliveries require the published eligibility, cooldown and inventory conditions. A pending or uncertain receipt does not prove delivery. Contact support before repeating a purchase whose outcome is unknown.
Optional memberships
Sales remain unavailable until checkout, seller disclosures, delivery, renewal and cancellation handling have been verified. Displayed prices describe planned offers; do not send money directly to the operator.
The planned memberships are auto-renewing subscriptions for one Steam account on CORE: EMBER €6.99, FLAME €12.99 and INFERNO €19.99 every 30 days, plus applicable tax. Automatic renewal is not yet available. A new paid period begins when successful, verified payment is processed, including while offline. Same-tier renewals follow existing eligible coverage. The highest active tier applies; tiers do not combine kits or automatically credit another tier’s price.
Under the planned subscription policy, cancelling stops future renewals and preserves access until the already paid period expires. A failed renewal payment does not extend access or create another paid period. Subscription management is handled through Tebex Payment History; PEPEL does not currently offer working renewal or cancellation controls. Existing one-time memberships keep their recorded access period and are not converted into recurring agreements.
Memberships include the exact published comfort perks and equipment. Paid equipment confers gameplay advantages and is not purely cosmetic. The shared rolling 24-hour kit cooldown survives tier changes and wipes. Wipe delays are 6 hours for EMBER, 12 for FLAME and 24 for INFERNO. Missed claims do not accumulate.
Before a sale, checkout must identify the actual seller, final amount, currency, applicable taxes, contents, period and buyer terms. These platform terms do not replace that checkout contract or mandatory consumer rights.
Wipes, maintenance and changes
A map wipe removes bases and physical inventories. A blueprint wipe also resets blueprint progression. New-wipe credits and rankings start separately; membership expiry and premium cooldowns continue. Historical receipts remain available for delivery checks.
Use the published, confirmed server schedule. A displayed target is not proof that a wipe occurred. Maintenance and game updates can interrupt access; status and support provide current information.
Future offer changes are disclosed before purchase. Missing paid service, material reductions or closure are reviewed with the seller for legally required remedies. Unused paid time is not automatically forfeited by a wipe or closure.
Moderation and rights
Authorized moderators review reports and evidence. Proportionate restrictions may apply for rule breaches; a paid rank gives no exemption. Appeal by email with your Steam ID, the decision and relevant evidence. Avoid unrelated personal information.
Nothing here removes mandatory consumer or privacy rights, excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or requires waiver of lawful complaints and court remedies. No exclusive foreign forum is imposed. Applicable law depends on the actual service, operator and customer circumstances.
