Payments, refunds and withdrawal

Availability and seller

Checkout remains unavailable until provider and delivery checks are complete. Do not send funds to a private wallet or bank account based on the planned catalogue. Earned credits are not cash and have no cash refund value.

An enabled checkout identifies its actual seller and buyer terms. Tebex’s buyer terms identify Tebex Limited as the seller for purchases through its checkout. Contact Tebex checkout support first about the purchase, billing or withdrawal; [email protected] also investigates missing CORE benefits. Include the receipt reference, Steam ID and a short description, without full payment credentials.

Planned memberships renew automatically every 30 days; subscription checkout is not yet available. Under the planned policy, cancelling future renewals preserves access until the already paid period expires, and a failed renewal payment adds no access time. Use Tebex Payment History to manage an existing subscription. Existing one-time memberships are not converted into recurring agreements. A recorded product amount is not necessarily the full checkout charge or actual cash refund. The exact coverage and benefits must be shown before payment.

Missing benefits and remedies

Contact support about missing benefits or uncertain items. We check the original receipt before correcting delivery. Do not buy again just to recover an uncertain first purchase.

Missing service, incorrect fulfilment, material reductions, maintenance and closure are reviewed with the seller for remedies required by law. A wipe or moderation decision does not automatically remove statutory rights.

Withdrawal, partial refunds and disputes

Mandatory withdrawal and consumer remedies apply where the relevant law grants them. There is no blanket no-refunds rule here. Any legally valid request to begin digital performance and related acknowledgment must be presented by checkout before commitment; joining a server is not assumed to waive rights.

A payment dispute may suspend the associated benefit during review. Partial cash refunds require verified amount and currency evidence, rather than an assumption from the original price. Restored disputed coverage keeps its original interval and does not duplicate previously delivered items.

Use the seller’s supported refund route. Never disclose a crypto seed phrase. An unsupported private crypto transfer is not an accepted PEPEL order. Lawful remedies remain available regardless of an internal support review.
